FPG is looking for a HR Manager with global experience who can provide support to a newly integrated business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the telecoms industry offering a fully remote position based in the UK or Ireland.

To be successful you must have:

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries.
  2. Gather and organise HR data, projects, and program information for reporting to the HR Director as needed.
  3. Maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Offer guidance to the business and escalate issues to the Group HR Director when necessary, following established approval protocols.
  5. Collaborate with business units to support recruitment activities.
  6. Assist in driving organizational restructuring efforts.
  7. Aid in crafting job descriptions and conducting global compensation benchmarking.
  8. Provide managerial guidance and coaching on various workplace matters including performance management, challenging conversations, employee relations, and employee development, in consultation with the Group HR Director.
  9. Contribute to the enhancement of HR policies, best practices, processes, and tools in collaboration with the Group and Portfolio HR community.
  10. Collaborate with the HR Director on miscellaneous projects as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources generalist role.
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in achieving strategic HR objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Proven track record in overseeing HR core processes including talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
  4. Capable of making well-founded business decisions and offering evidence-based recommendations to senior management.
  5. Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, human resources management, or a related field is mandatory.
