Position Overview:

As an M365 Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, leveraging your technical expertise to articulate the value of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will collaborate with our sales and technical teams to understand client needs, develop compelling proposals, and deliver engaging presentations. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a passion for Microsoft 365 to contribute to the success and growth of our consultancy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives.
  2. Conduct pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of Microsoft 365 solutions.
  3. Translate technical features into business benefits, aligning solutions with client needs.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling proposals and documentation that address client challenges and showcase the value of our services.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate scoping and feasibility of proposed solutions.
  6. Stay abreast of Microsoft 365 updates and industry trends to provide clients with strategic insights.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in the pre-sales process.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in pre-sales or technical consultancy, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
  2. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Azure AD.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  4. Experience in crafting and delivering successful pre-sales presentations and proposals.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and leadership.
  6. Results-oriented with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
