Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Technical Pre-Sales Consultant on a permanent basis.

You will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth by delivering exceptional pre-sales support. Your will gain a deep understanding of the service and products offerings, combined with your strong communication and problem-solving skills, will be instrumental in securing new business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Key Skills:

Comfortable and confident working in a customer-facing environmentProven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions architecture role, preferably within the managed services and technology reseller industryStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud computing, and related technologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and design appropriate solutionsFamiliarity with a wide range of technology vendors and their productsCertifications in relevant technologies (eg, Microsoft Azure/M365, Juniper) are highly desirableAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goalsTechnical Pre-Sales Consultant - Hybrid
