Chainlane develops a unique RFID-cloud-based platform that changes the way traditional retailers operate their business and sell their products.

As our sales pipeline and client base are growing rapidly, with the largest companies in the world, we are looking for passionate and experienced Technical Sales Manager.

In this position, the primary responsibility would be to drive and manage the technological evaluation stage of prospects. Any task would be done in tandem with the sales team as a technical adviser and product expert. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technically oriented prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

·Lead the technical engagement of the customers throughout their lifecycle to drive the sale, deployment, and

adoption of our solutions

·Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Product and Services teams, to advise and design creative

solutions for our customers

·Conduct technical presentations/demos and architecture design sessions, to demonstrate the capabilities of

Chainlane solution, emphasizing how Chainlane can help their business grow (Pre-sales activities)

·Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and

requirements. Creating solutions that enable the completion of the sales process

·Willingness to work in a hands-on and dynamic environment with a constantly evolving product

·Familiarity with different types of integration processes and experience working with managed web services such

as AWS/Azure/Other providers

·Creating documentation, whitepapers, RFP/RFI responses, and other supporting material for internal and

client/partner usage

·Identify & build customized solutions for strategic customers and manage their delivery

·Work closely with Chainlane partner network to provide technical training and support their deal lifecycle for the

end-consumer.

Requirements

·At least 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-sale Engineer, or Product Manager, at a global

company – A must

·Technical/Engineering background or engineering education – A must

·Proven experience implementing RFID solutions

·Experience in the Retail industry – A big advantage

·Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal, internal and external) – A must

·Great teamwork ability while taking ownership on end-to-end processes

·Experience working with tools such as: postman, SQL queries, monitoring tools, Jira, Monday or similar

·Experience working in a customer facing role in a global, fast paced, multi-cultural environment

·Fluent in English. Additional knowledge in other European – a plus.
