Support from staff still working in L'Apartement ltd who were with the previous showroom shows the commitment of the team .

The company is small and looks after as a distributor and the agent of 6 brands at present including Rhea Costa , Marchesa Notte, ATOIR , Misha, Missoni accessories and V:

PM during the last 18 months the emphasis has been on the evening / event wear due to market conditions.


About the Job:
Great opportunity as a new role to follow all the sales wholesale administration, contact with leading clients. Contact with all existing customers.

Learning new systems and strategic markets. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Wholesale manager who likes techical work, is fast on

Excell and systems that create confirmations and orders and invoices . And great skills at imagery for re-orders , back up orders, sales digitally need

a lot of creation and this needs to be something from a technical background.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all after sales
  • Plan and schedule all deposits are in place and order confirmations finalized with PO's
  • Prepare deposit invoices where necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners and be able to negotiate terms where necessary.
  • Prepare all orders to be sent on behalf of Director where necessary.
  • Prepare all order confirmations .

  • Comfortable with multi tasking and working in fast paced environment

  • A very high attention to detail and able to work with figures accurately.
  • Very Positive attitude, eager to learn and handle pressures and deadlines.
