We are currently recruiting for an amazing opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager.
They continue to support the region and local community with career pathways through training and education and want to recruit a new member to their team to continue the growth of the business.
The preferred candidate will play a key role in identifying and nurturing strategic business alliances with both levy and non-levy companies. Their main objective will involve advocating and marketing the organisation's extensive range of apprenticeship programmes. This responsibility will encompass significant growth sectors within a regional scope, potentially involving the utilisation of existing networks to forge connections in other areas. Collaboration with the Business Development Team, as well as our marketing and operations departments, will be integral to success in this pivotal role.
Develop and sustain a strong pipeline to consistently drive business growth.
* Play an active role in contributing to business planning and performance tracking, aiding effective account management for successful delivery.
* Also, ensure enrolment into appropriate apprenticeships is restricted to suitable learners and employers.
Experience working in the Work Based Learning / Apprenticeship Sector
* Extensive knowledge on Apprenticeships and funding rules

Salary: £35,000 £to 40,000 plus bonus
