This growing organisation manufacture products around the globe and have ambitious and exciting goals and are looking for a Business Development Manager to be one of the main driving forces in taking this company to the next level. You will be working withthe largest brands in the world and will be given all the tools to be a success in their unique industry.

**The role as a Business Development Manager will include**:

- Business Development Manager role
- Focusing on revenue growth - mapping and developing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and successfully complete them
- Expand customer relationships
- Identify demands of new products and analyse market
**The successful Business Development Manager will have**:

- Experience as a business development manager or similar
- Any engineering sales considered
- Experienced in solution selling
- Experience building and closing sales pipelines
- Must be able to commute to Leicester and surrounding areas
