Business Development Executive

Salary 30-32k basic plus uncapped commission OTE 50k

We are looking to recruit two Account Managers into our sales team. We were established over 30 years ago and have an enviable reputation in the training industry. We have customers who have been using our services for 30 years and this is something we are very proud of.

We provide training interventions in the form of open and closed courses delivered nationally in person face to face and virtually. We create programmes for blue chip, multi nationals, public and private sector who require expert training in Management, Softskills and IT skills and qualifications. You will bring on board new clients and work with them to establish their training needs matching these to our extensive portfolio of services.

Sales experience is required in both finding new clients and account management skills. You will need to be resilient, upbeat, self motivated and customer focused. We will provide comprehensive Consultative and conceptual Sales and industry training. This role requires creative thinking to bring the individual needs of the corporate clients to life and develop the correct interventions to fit accordingly.

You will be working predominately on the telephone and also attending exhibitions. The role is a combination of either office based and hybrid working.

Responsibilities

  • Find and develop new clients using data within our CRM system
  • Build rapport and maintain contact with clients
  • Develop new and exciting communications to keep our offering fresh to the customer
  • Develop your new accounts by upselling and cross selling
  • Develop solutions to fit customer needs
  • Work to sales targets

Your skills will include

  • Extensive Sales development and Account management experience
  • Enjoy selling over the telephone
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Writing proposals for the clients based on their needs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Qualification and Closing skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
