This Administrator job in Middlesborough provides opportunity to join this Financial Services to support their Financial Advisers through your administrative support Your duties will include:
- Greeting clients visiting the office and making them feel welcome
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist where possible
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Update their CRM system
- Book appointments for new and existing clients
- Update the company social media where required
- Undertake general administrative tasks
- You should have 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ideally, you should have experience working directly / indirectly with mortgage, investment or pension related business
- You should have a professional approach to your work and take pride in what you do
- Experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
- Salary of £24,000
- 2x death in service, auto enrolment pension and 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Yearly salary review
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with 30 minutes for lunch
- Office based role with free parking onsite
- You will be provided with structured training and an opportunity for development whilst working for a successful, well-established organisation
