Financial Services Administrator

Due to company expansion, our growing IFA client based in Highnam, Gloucester who are highly respected and market leading in their sector, have an opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator to join their fun, friendly and hard working team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who pride themselves on offering a first-class service to their clients and their staff too You will be given excellent training with opportunities to develop and grow within the business.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within financial services.
**Key Responsibilities;**
- Liaising with companies and providers to chase for information
- Assisting in processing and chasing of new business
- Keeping internal systems up to date
- Helping to prepare and send out company communications
- Excellent administration capabilities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales
- Flexible and reliable team member
- Strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
**Hours;** Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
**Salary;** up to £28,000 - depending on experience + company pension + free onsite parking + free down Fridays + contribution towards a financial goal of your choice after successful completion of probation.
