Here at IMG we are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator working Remotely or Hybrid on a permanent or Temporary contract working 37.5 hours a week including some weekends and evenings with a competitive salary of £20,319 to £21,000 (Depending On Experience). In the role you will provide outstanding service to our members by answering calls related to New Quotes for Insurance/Renewal or Cancellations of existing policies as well as answering questions and assisting with proposed changes to their policy.

The Sales Support Administrator role provides outstanding service to our members by answering calls related to New Quotes for Insurance/Renewal or Cancellations of existing policies as well as answering questions and assisting with proposed changes to their policy.

What does day to day life look like at IMG as a Sales Support Administrator, well every day is different here at IMG but the main duties and responsibilities for a Sales Support Administrator are.
- To process, from request to fulfilment, any amendments/cancellations to existing travel insurance policies by documenting any amendments via our clients operating systems.
- To understand the needs of the customer by asking the correct questions to obtain personal information and using the knowledge gained of the products available to provide quotes and answer customer questions.
- To answer calls within our required service levels and work to ensure abandoned calls are kept to a minimum, to achieve maximum customer service levels.
- Other various policy and administrative related tasks or projects as assigned by the line manager.

- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
- Strong customer service skills, both for telephony and written communications
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be adaptive to the needs of the team.
- Computer Literate
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous call centre experience (preferred)
- Previous administration experience (preferred)
