Administration Apprentice

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to take a key role in a growing business within the Administration team. Working within a small team this unique and varied role offers a great opportunity for those with an eye for detail, accuracy and motivation who want to develop in a growing business.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Delivery of cheques/cash and postage to the relevant outlets
- Ensure the timely transfer and loading of client files
- Filing and archiving to be kept up to date and regularly checked
- To ensure all system notes are made in full and are kept up to date, complying with the agreed standards set out by the Manger
- Full details recorded of tasks performed, updating task logs where appropriate
- To ensure all activities are diarised for action or follow up and to ensure these are then performed at the appropriate time
- Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines, especially during periods whereby ad-hoc administrative duties must be undertaken
- To effectively contribute to meetings, training or 121s as and when required
- In keeping with company values, to assist in other administrative work when required, as instructed by management
- To ensure that all tasks are completed to the standard set by the Manager
- Adhere to all legislation in line with company policies and procedures
- Provide support in all areas within the team.

**Qualifications Required**:
5 GCSEs grades 4 to 9 (grades A* to C) including Maths and English Language or equivalent
37.5 hours per week
9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday & 8.30am to 5pm on a Friday with 1 hour lunch break unpaid
£7 per hour
£262.50 per week
