Our client, a well-established and leading business within their field is seeking a Customer Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Due to growth, our client is seeking a Customer Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are maintained from start through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships
- Act as the first point of contact for any queries or questions, redirecting where necessary
- Ensure timelines and timescales are adhered to as closely as possible
- Liaise with third parties such as Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents
- Manage diary systems
- Manage inbox
- Deal with any documentation or processing required
- Complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service / Administration role to join this thriving business on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Customer Administrator you will receive plenty of training with the opportunity to progress in the role, with your salary increasing upon completion of your initial probation period.
