Role Description This is a full-time office-based role based in their Head Office in Loughton. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships by making outbound calls with potential clients and selling into a variety of industries, including Construction, Health Care, and Transportation. You will be part of a small team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager in an energetic office environment. You will have a background in the digital advertising sales space and be confident making 50 quality calls a day for 1.5 hours a day. This role is perfect for someone who is driven for success and wants to help build foundations and establish themselves in a new and fast-growing company working with household brands. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping drive the growth of this 100, fun and energising people business Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition growth through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn to prospective businesses.
- Provide bespoke solutions that meet customers’ needs by selling our suite of digital advertising options.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts, giving clear visibility on your revenue performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes.
- Engage in team development and mentoring.
- Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional departments, including Marketing and Product.
- Attend any events as and when required for networking.
- A clear enthusiastic and resilient attitude to work.
- Minimum 2 years’ successful digital advertising sales experience.
- Proven ability to win net new business (outbound).
- Strong sales skills and proven record of hitting/exceeding your sales quota.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
