They ensure that facilitators are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality training experiences, and they coordinate with various stakeholders onshore and at our offshore partner sites to meet organisational training objectives.
So if you want to be part of a team that delivers engaging and effective learning solutions, then the role of Training Team Manager could be what you’ve been looking for.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of training facilitators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their facilitation skills and professional development.
Training Delivery: Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training sessions, ensuring that facilitators are prepared and equipped to deliver engaging and effective training experiences.
Quality Assurance: Establish standards for training delivery and evaluate facilitators' performance through observation, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure consistent quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and offshore stakeholders, such as content designers, subject matter experts, service and training delivery leads, to understand training needs and objectives and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve training delivery methods based on feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends in adult learning.
Compliance: Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Technology Integration: Stay current with learning technologies and tools, and leverage them to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs.
Proven experience in training facilitation and people leadership.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support facilitators’ professional growth.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Familiarity with learning management systems and training technology platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in training and development is desirable but not essential.
Please note, occasional travel to deliver training at our offshore vendors in India may be required as part of this role.
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham offices.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements, and we're open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.
Bring us all this - and you’ll be well rewarded with a role contributing to the roadmap of an organisation committed to transformation
