Roles & Responsibilities

We require someone with excellent communication skills to provide training to adults in the workplace affected by Specific Learning Difficulties such as (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, ADHD) Mental Health Issues, as well as Visual and Hearing impairments.

Training delivered will include Assistive software/hardware, and 1-2-1 workplace strategy training which includes assisting clients with organisation skills, memory, and time management. We also provide training on disability awareness training in the workplace to larger groups.

Skills & Experience

You will have training or teaching degree or equivalent and some teaching or training experience with adults.

We deliver remote as well as face to face training so driving and own car are essential.

Excellent communication skills are vital as well as the passion and desire to support people in overcoming barriers in the workplace.

**Salary**: £25.00 per hour

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
- Tutoring: 1 year (required)
