The Restaurant Manager we are looking for will have a quality food led background, exceptional customer service skills, a real eye for detail and the ability to recruit and train great people and build sales. Role - Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager you will:
Oversee the kitchen
Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front, including in the kitchen
Oversee and work closely with the kitchen team
Deliver exceptional customer service
Attributes - Restaurant Manager

Experience as a restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop manager in busy commercial customer facing operations
Strong financial & commercial acumen - P & L accountability
Have a good understanding of kitchen operations - GP's, margins, legislation
Excellent people, communication and man-management skills
Strong leadership, coaching, performance management and people development skills
