Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team at Kaso Rooftop Bar. As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the rooftop bar, maintaining the highest standards of service while creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you have a strong background in food and beverage, a knack for leadership, and a love for delivering top-notch service, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Supervise and support the food and beverage team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain the high standards expected at Kaso Rooftop Bar.

  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Guest Experience: Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met, handling any inquiries or complaints swiftly and professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction.

  • Training & Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and excellence.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.

  • Sales & Promotions: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive revenue and enhance the bar's reputation.

  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish and drink served.

Salary: £12.94 p/h plus tronc
