We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong background in selling consultancy services, particularly in digital transformation. This is a high-growth role, offering the opportunity to directly impact the success of our business while earning uncapped commission.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and engage with potential clients, generating leads for digital transformation consultancy services.- Pipeline Management: Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.- Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Partner team to strategize and win new business, including responding to RFPs and closing deals.- New Business Acquisition: CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and progress in CRM systems.- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets for leads, meetings, and closed business.
Experience: 2-3+ years in a Business Development or Sales role, with a proven track record of selling consultancy services (in digital transformation).- Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions, such as cloud services, process automation, data analytics, and organizational change management.- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
