We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our global sales team at Dovetail HRS. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and develop a profitable customer portfolio through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
  2. Respond to and follow-up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  3. Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues.
  5. Observe competitor activity and gather intelligence.
  6. Liaise with global business units to maximize overall Company sales opportunities.
  7. Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain and update customer database.
  9. Conduct and report account planning strategies when required.

Requirements:

You must have a UK driving licence for this role.
