Experienced Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager - The Seaview Hotel& Restaurant
The Seaview Hotel & Restaurant are looking for a dynamic, team-oriented Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to work alongside Food & Beverage Manager, Tom Cooney, and Head ChefMark Wyatt to deliver one of the best dining experiences on the Isle of Wight.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years hospitality experience in a managerial or supervisory role and be looking towards furthering his or her career within a fine dining environment.

Pay is based on experience,plus tips, and holiday allowance and other staff benefits.
Previous experience working in a busy hospitality setting in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
Possess a great sense of humour and be enthusiastic about delivering consistent and excellent customer service.
Proven track record in delivering good quality food, taste, and presentation in a high-volume catering environment.

Meet and Greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choice.
You will be required to assist in the coordination of the Restaurant, Bistro and Bar ensuring that everyone works together as a team.
Assist the Management Team in the planning, organisation, and execution of events.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality control adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Policies and Legislation
Ensuring that the Front of House team are well presented at all times and conforming to company uniform policy.
