At our client's organisation, the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is responsible for the commercial partner business, working closely with Microsoft. Together, their mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organisations to achieve more.
As our client's Partner Solution Sales (ISV PSS), you will play a critical role in driving commercial performance with ISV partners. Your focus will be on building sustainable sales impact in both the short and long term while gaining expertise in end-to-end solution selling. Develop and execute strategic and tactical partner business plans to drive growth aligned with Microsoft's goals. Promote cloud consumption and digital transformation, considering short and long-term objectives.
- Partner sales and acceleration: Create go-to-market plans, lead partner pipeline reviews, and coach partners in transforming sales strategies. Foster collaboration between partner and Microsoft sales teams, overcoming obstacles to meet revenue targets.
- Partner performance and impact: Be accountable for partners' performance and resolve any execution issues. Drive adoption, usage, and programme performance to contribute to sales and consumption targets.
- Executive relationship building: Partner skills and capacity building: Lead partner integration plans, providing sales and tech training to upskill partners. Enable the development of high-impact offerings and practises for business growth and digital transformation.
- Drive internal coordination to prioritise partner solutions and engage with cross-functional teams for performance acceleration.
Relevant experience in cloud sales, cloud partners, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Excellent sales management skills with a challenger mindset.
Proven track record of driving sales performance and resolving complex issues.
