The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role will require UK-wide travel some during days of the week.QualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of the UK property development/construction industryTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in project management is a plusBachelor's degree ideal but not necessaryWilling to travel UK wide
