Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
Ongoing training and knowledge of Weev EV products and services, as well as assisting customers with the ordering process
Basic technical support, troubleshooting, and gathering customer feedback
Accurately administer and document customer interactions in the CRM system
Educating customers about the advantages of EVs and Weev, working with the sales and technical teams to provide a smooth and satisfactory customer experience
Follow health, safety, and company policies
Proven experience in administration and customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft applications
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams with a genuine passion for helping customers and being able to empathise with their needs
We are an Electrical Vehicle Solutions company based in Belfast with investment in a public Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging network infrastructure throughout Northern Ireland. We aim to have in the region of 1500 charging stations installed across a vast array of over 300+ locations including a number of major ultra-rapid charging hub sites that will see drivers able to fully “top up” their vehicles in less than 20 minutes.
As experts in electric vehicle charging, we can assist with every step of sorting an EV charging solution, whether it be for the domestic or commercial market. The company also offers EV managed fleet solutions and leasing options.
