**The Role**:
Our Business Operations Associate / Senior will work within our Operations function to ensure that the Firm is operating effectively and efficiently. We're looking for ambitious, self-starters who will add impetus to the operations function and play a lead in enhancing our revenue management process (although there is potential to grow into new projects). You will be responsible for ensuring there is accurate and timely oversight in the process for client billing and invoicing; accurate storage of revenue data, reporting and MI information; and effective procedures are established. As a remote working Firm, we work across many jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and Europe - therefore, knowledge and/or experience of working within businesses internationally is a benefit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consulting effectively with team members from our fee-earner, finance, HR, and operations functions to provide accurate data and information around our revenue management process.
- You will research and manage a project, with support from colleagues, to identify and implement new methods, processes, and technologies available to the firm to improve current practices surrounding revenue management and reporting process.
- Audits the current process and use of excel in revenue management to make suggestions and improvements that will allow the business to scale effectively, utilizing automation.
- Use a data-led approach to suggest process improvements across the Operations function.
- Championing the acquisition and use of technologies to drive performance and process efficiency.

**Qualifications and attributes**:

- Critical thinker with a 'can-do' approach to problem solving. Someone who will think laterally with mínimal supervision and attempt to solve issues and bring solutions back to the wider team.
- A bachelor's degree is not essential, however demonstrable research / analytical skills in admin, operations would be advantageous.
- Data led, able to effectively interpret data to give it meaning and use for management information and data led decision making.
- Thinks critically and has strong analytical skills, allowing themselves to problem solve in areas which they may not have encountered previously.
- Can work independently as a self-starter and collaborate with colleagues in a diverse, remote, international environment.
- Effectively prioritizes workload to meet tight, critical business deadlines.
- Communicates effectively across all platforms, with clear and persuasive written, oral, and presentational skills.
- Working knowledge of a complex international working environment would be advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of excel (other revenue platforms would be advantageous as this position will assist in migrating data sets onto a new platform).
