Your role involves planning, developing, coordinating, managing and implementing the technical pipeline for the Group ITSM tool. In charge of the roll out across all entities of Asendia, you will conduct the change, educate, provide training and support the key users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to the Asendia business needs.
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management, Configuration Management etc.
Provide user training and support for the EasyVista tool and ITSM processes.
Monitor System performance, provide updates and continual service improvements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Sharepoint, Jira, Zendesk
Solid experience of administering the EasyVista and other tools – Sharepoint, Zendesk, Jira other ITSM tools
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java Script, PowerShell or Python.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL queries.
IT Service Management knowledge (ITIL, COBIT etc.)
You are a self-motivated, persistent, and flexible person with the capacity to listen and understand customers’ requirements.
