Senior Web Marketing Manager

Reports to: VP Digital Demand Gen & Integrated Campaigns

We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for a Senior Web Marketing Manager to join our global team from our London office. #LI-Hybrid

You will play a critical role in help us evolve our digital marketing strategy to increase growth by implementing a comprehensive website strategy aligned with our goals and growth objectives.

On a typical day, you will:
  • Maintain and enhance the .com presence for seamless integration with other marketing initiatives and collaborate with the design team for appealing and user-friendly layouts.
  • Utilize Hubspot for developing and publishing website content aligned with Ardoq's strategy.
  • Implement SEO best practices throughout the website to improve search engine rankings and ensure website accessibility meets WCAG standards.
  • Maintain regular processes to update the website, mitigate security risks, and ensure desired performance.
  • Collaborate among team members and update documentation to reflect changes in features, best practices, and Ardoq's internal processes.
  • Assess website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates; conduct periodic audits to identify and fix broken links, ensuring seamless user experience and SEO health.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager implementation, ensuring accurate tracking of website events, conversions, and user behaviour.
As a successful candidate, you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing and demand generation in B2B high-tech or SaaS.
  • Web technology skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Hubspot or similar CMS proficiency
  • Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience monitoring website performance and user behaviour with web analytics tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to implement them
  • Understanding of plugin compatibility, conflicts, and performance implications
  • Familiarity with website optimization tools (e.g., Google Search Console)
