Sales Support/Director to Director

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and determined Sales Director with a strong technical sales background to drive our market share across new sectors. The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial vision and the ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that leaves a lasting impact on both the business and their career. A proven track record in technical sales, combined with strategic thinking, opportunity creation, and effective execution, will be highly valued.
Working closely with the Managing Director, this role reports directly to Shareholders and is responsible for accelerating sales growth in alignment with our business objectives. This is a highly active sales position where relationship-building, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of new and evolving markets and have a history of success in technical sales environments.
