Position: IT Support Technician
A renowned law firm, offering a plethora of legal services to individuals and businesses nationwide, is looking for an additional IT Support Technician (1st/2nd line) to join their support team. This exciting opportunity allows full ownership over a wide range of technologies across Servers, Desktops, Cloud, Networking, Security, and general Hardware/Software. They utilise predominantly Microsoft infrastructure/products which will provide you with excellent exposure in helping progress your technical abilities. They also use bespoke legal software. Whilst the majority of your day will be made up of reactive support via the service desk or deskside, to a user base of around 65 people, you will regularly assist on internal projects relating to infrastructure upgrades and changes.
