Here at GXO Logistics , we are looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Kegworth , working in partnership with our customer Nestle .
You will be working on ‘4 on 4 off’ rotating shift pattern with the hours of 06:00 – 18:00/18:00 – 06:00 .

What you will do on a typical day:
- Operate Yard Management System as part of a team to maintain a smooth yard and operation flow
- Ensure the docks are replenished to meet inbound and outbound demands
- Handle all import bookings in a timely manner ensuring accurate data entry into the booking system
- Maintain and issue correct documentation for all export loads
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner
- Excellent customer service skills and customer orientated approach
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of working with a Warehouse Management System
