Job Description

Are you passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential? Do you excel in designing and implementing strategies to nurture talent and foster professional growth? If so, we're looking for a talented and motivated Talent Development Specialist to join a Quantitative Trading firm in London.

This is a new role working in harmony with a wider HR and L&D team of 5, reporting into the Head of HR, with the ability to work autonomously, creatively and innovatively to drive performance and play a key role in talent development.

The ideal candidate will have expertise working in a Talent Development role in Financial Services with proven experience leading succession planning, various assessments techniques and design, delivery and facilitation experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR, leadership, and departmental teams to assess organisational needs and develop strategies for enhancing employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Design and implement comprehensive organisational development initiatives, including culture assessments, change management programs, and succession planning strategies.
  • Identify talent development needs and design learning and development programs that align with business goals and support employee growth and career progression.
  • Develop and implement coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of high-potential talent.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organisational development, talent development, or a related role, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience designing and implementing talent development initiatives, including leadership development programs, performance management systems, and employee engagement surveys.
