Professional and friendly, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom, helping them with their inquiries and setting the benchmark for the customer experience they expect. Managing day-to-day hospitality requirements and serving refreshments to customers
+ Handling inbound telephone calls and directs to relevant colleagues
+ Attending training and meetings to continuously learn and gain product knowledge to enable progression in the role
+ A full UK driving licence
+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions)
+ Ideally GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
