Parks Motor Group is looking for a Front of House / Receptionist to join our Toyota team based in Carlisle.

The Front of House / Receptionist role: As our Front of House you are a central member of the team and a first point of contact for our customers.
Your role is to provide a seamless service in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and friendly, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom, helping them with their inquiries and setting the benchmark for the customer experience they expect.
Immaculately presented in business attire, with a passion for delivering great customer service, you will present the best image for Parks Carlisle.
You will have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Highlights of the Role: + Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors into the showroom providing an excellent level of customer service + Managing day-to-day hospitality requirements and serving refreshments to customers + Encouraging customers to engage with the product and services in a relaxed environment + Handling basic queries on product, using supporting information, so the customer feels they have been professionally dealt with + Briefing and updating the relevant specialist and update sales executives on customer needs + Ensuring the showroom is well presented at all times + Handling inbound telephone calls and directs to relevant colleagues + Maintaining accurate customer records + Attending training and meetings to continuously learn and gain product knowledge to enable progression in the role + Working as a fully embedded member of the Centre team ensuring sales opportunities are handed over seamlessly to sales colleagues What we are looking for: + A full UK driving licence + Eligibility to work in the UK + Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions) + A professional and smart personal appearance + An excellent communicator with high standards of verbal and written communication + Ideally GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) + Good IT and administrative skills + Previous relevant experience within customer services or logistics What's on Offer: + Competitive market salary + Contributory Pension/life assurance scheme + Training and on-going development with the Award-Winning Toyota Academy + Opportunity for career progression + 5 day working week + 30 days holiday + Full manufacturer accredited training including fully funded travel + BEN Automotive Assistance Program + Discounted Servicing for you and your family + Contributory Pension Scheme + Refer a friend scheme earning £1000+ a year + Attractive discounts when purchasing new and used cars + Subsidised car leasing scheme accessible to you and your family Ready to join the largest car company in the world?
