The Role: As the Front of House Manager, you will: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of front-of-house staff.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.
Handle stock and supply management for the front of house.
Work closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience in a similar managerial role within hospitality.
Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Is customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet.
Is confident using booking and point-of-sale systems.
Has flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
