**Monday - Friday 9am-3pm 27.5 hours**

At Lookers Volkswagen Carlisle we have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Host. As a receptionist/host you will be our customers’ first point of contact and are crucial in providing a Lookers’ world-class experience.

Here at Volkswagen Carlisle you will be reporting to Tom Willis who will support and guide you whilst in role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of contact for our customers who contact Lookers over the phone. You will carefully manage the switch board to ensure customers are put through to the correct onsite dealerships
- Meeting and greeting any face-to-face customers as well as internal/ external visitors.
- Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment
- Always maintain highest levels of professionalism

Qualifications:
