A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting a Property Maintenance Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.44 per hour.
Reporting to the Head of Property Maintenance, key duties include but are not limited to:
Receive and action maintenance issues
Instruct approved contractors
Act as liaison between clients and contractors
Log new insurance applications and administer existing policies
Respond to telephone and mail enquiries
Build and maintain database of contractors and suppliers
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Property Maintenance Administrator position:
Strong administration skills
Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
Experience within the Property and Housing industry desirable
28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + birthday off
Additional leave given with length of service
On-Site parking
Company pension
