About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and results-oriented D365 Sales Executive. This role is focused on driving sales and business development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, specifically tailored to meet the needs of diverse clients. The D365 Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and delivering tailored sales presentations to promote D365 solutions and drive revenue growth.
Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for D365 solutions.
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Create and manage detailed proposals, including pricing, terms, and implementation plans, tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
Market Intelligence : Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Collaboration : Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
Track sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.
Support post-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional D365 products and services.
Experience : Proven track record in sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP systems.
Understanding of the business value and capabilities of D365 solutions, including sales, customer service, and marketing modules.
Sales Skills : Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify, qualify, and close deals effectively.
Relationship Building : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Location : This role may require occasional travel to client sites and company offices.
