Facilities and Administration Team Leader We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Office Manager to join a leading local charity in York.
This is a permanent Full-time position working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday. This is an office-based role working in York city centre.
Ensure the efficient and effective running of the office, and the processes and systems needed to facilitate this.
Line management to the Business Support team, including Senior Administrator and Administrator roles.
Responsible for effective information and file management within the organisation, ensuring that information is collected, maintained and destroyed in line with all relevant legislation and guidance including organisational retention policy.
Experience of line management, motivating, supporting and developing both direct reports and other colleagues.
Relevant experience in business support: administrative, ICT or data management.
A sound understanding of computer and communication systems.
Ability to manage workloads and prioritising and planning effectively to ensure timescales are standards of quality are met.
To be eligible to apply for this role, you must also have the legal right to work in the UK.
