About the Role:
As the UK Head of CISO, you will be responsible for sponsoring and inputting to projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. You will also maintain oversight of UK Subsidiary organisations and roadmap delivery, manage the Business Partnering teams, and report on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of UK CISO processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams and projects, delivering successful results through teamwork, collaboration, and influence.
- Develop and implement effective cyber security strategies and practices, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on cyber security matters, ensuring the protection of Aviva's assets and data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, security teams, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the continuity of business operations and the protection of Aviva's reputation.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £125,000 (national) or £150,000 (London), depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
- A bonus opportunity of up to 25% of annual salary, based on performance and company results.
