Safetech Innovations Global Services is a global MSSP providing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and services to organisations across the globe, helping our customers stay protected, secure, and compliant. We provide a full range of security tests and reviews, security operations centre (SOC) services as well as promote and manage solutions from more than 10 recognized vendors.
We operate from multiple locations including the UK, the US and Romania, we have over 65 employees globally, and support over 100+ customers with cyber security services and solutions. We want you to be a valuable member of our team and work to build and innovate best-in-class cybersecurity services and solutions for our customers; Flexibility is our core attribute, this role is a hybrid one, where you will work from Plexal (East London) or Canary Wharf , 3 days a week, as well as remotely.

The Sales Development Representative will support the UK team and you will be responsible for generating new business for our cyber security solutions and services via outbound opportunity qualification.

  Research target accounts for outbound campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and grow sales sales-qualified pipeline. 
Promptly follow up on inbound sales inquiries and generate new sales-qualified opportunities to contribute to the pipeline generation.
Support the Marketing team by promoting Safetech webinars and events for the company. Manage and update CRM (Hubspot) with accurate activity and updates. 
Work alongside our team to develop strategies to land outbound prospects and accounts 
Effectively partner and work across the sales and marketing teams, providing feedback through our internal systems on lead quality
Hit and exceed the SQL targets  
With a sense of curiosity: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback  
 

1-3 years in sales development and cold calling roles with experience in cybersecurity outbound prospecting and focus on hunting. 
~ Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.) or other customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or related fields, or knowledge about the sector.
