Job Title: Learning Support Worker (Teaching Assistant) for High Needs Learners

Collaborate with the team to help learners achieve their learning and development goals.
Grade C or above in English and Mathematics with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to support young people with learning disabilities in various settings, including the classroom, excursions, and the workplace.
Some experience working with young people who have special needs is preferred.
