Full-time - Permanent role, 38.33 hours per week, rotational shifts between 8am and 11pm Mon to Sun

Full Time Permanent Contract

We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join us working on behalf of one of the UK’s biggest Banks. You’ll be supporting a diverse range of customers dealing with a variety of queries which will both challenge you but give you great satisfaction in know you’ve helped someone and made a difference. This might include helping someone who’s forgotten their pin number to talking someone through an unexpected charge on their latest credit card statement, each request will be unique and will require you to listen to your customer and find a solution that suits them best.

After your first few months with us, further opportunities for progression and learning to support some of our more complicated and complex customer queries will then be available.
