We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents with a passion for customer service to join a dynamic team on a major project for a large UK Financial Services company, assisting with inbound calls and email queries from existing customers and preforming administrative activities.
5 hrs per week Monday to Friday between the operational hours of 8am to 6pm, with alternate Saturday mornings from 9am-1pm. When a Saturday is worked the time is given back in lieu. Shifts will be decided a month in advance so you know in good time which Saturdays you will be required to work.
The friendly office is based in central Cardiff, a short walk from Cardiff central station, and you would be required on site for the first 2 weeks and then for 2 days a week after training, and the other 3 days from home.
This is a great opportunity to join the financial services sector, and further your experience in customer services with the possibility of further progression.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
Manage inbound calls to discuss any question or queries relating to help to buy loans and updating the system with any notes from the call.
Having great quality conversations to prevent avoidable events and complaint.
Spotting potential complex queries / complaints and escalating where required to ensure a fair outcome.
Updating the client database with all key information accurately.
Working to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times.
Were looking for a Customer Service Agent with:
Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation including knowledge of Word and Excel.
Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed.
