We are seeking 3 Customer Service Advisors to work for a growing organisation on a temporary basis. You will provide telephone support to customers who are seeking emergency assistance
These are temporary positions starting Monday 23rd January so you must be available immediately for work
Your training will be 9-5 Monday to Friday, and shifts may vary from 8AM - 8PM but will focus on the earlier times, once training is complete, they are happy to consider hybrid working requests

**Duties**:

- Answer inbound calls from customers
- Ensure all information is logged accurately and within a timely manner
- Be empathetic, and provide the best outcome for the customer
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Essential criteria**:

- **Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment**:

- Great IT skills
- Comfortable dealing with customer queries, complaints
