Operations Manager - Surrey/Hybrid - up to £60,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Continuously review the business operational processes ensuring efficiency
Manage the daily functions of the business
Create a business resilience plan to ensure all potential risks/scenarios are considered
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business

Knowledge of HVAC, electronics and other building systems
