About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ceramics professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pottery studio under the guidance of the Head of Ceramics and Adult Education Manager. In addition, you may have the opportunity to lead classes and provide exceptional service to our students and their families.

About You

We are looking for a skilled Ceramics professional with a passion for studio management and a willingness to continuously improve our facilities. You should have knowledge in kiln operations, clay preparation, glazing techniques, studio organization, health and safety protocols, and customer service. Your responsibilities may extend beyond these tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pottery studio
  • Lead classes and provide exceptional service to students and their families
  • Manage studio organization, health and safety protocols, and customer service
  • Continuously improve facilities and operations
