Pottery Studio Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and organization of our pottery studio. Reporting to the Head of Pottery and the Adult Education Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the studio, providing a professional and high-quality service to our students and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the studio's day-to-day activities, including kiln loading and firing, clay recycling, and glazing techniques.
- Developing and maintaining the studio's facilities and resources, including stock control and customer enquiries.
- Teaching classes and providing guidance to students, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Maintaining high standards within the studio, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
