Pottery Studio Manager

As a Pottery Technician, you will play a key role in our mission by leading the day-to-day operations of our pottery studio. You will report to the Head of Pottery and the Adult Education Manager, and be responsible for maintaining high standards within the studio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the studio's day-to-day operations, including kiln loading and firing, clay recycling and preparation, glazing techniques and preparations, and studio organization.
- Providing a professional and high-quality service to students and parents, including teaching classes and responding to customer enquiries.
- Maintaining knowledge of health and safety protocols, stock control, and customer service best practices.
