You will oversee the daily operations of our Magento 2 retail eCommerce website(s). A key responsibility in this role is defining and project managing the entire product upload process, ensuring timely and accurate listings of new products. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader website promotions, ensuring these run smoothly and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Define, refine, and project manage the end-to-end personalised product upload process, coordinating with various teams to ensure all new products are accurately and efficiently listed on our retail website(s) with the best sales copy and consistent metadata powering filters and search.

Website Management:
~ Oversee the website(s) content management, ensure updates are made in a timely manner, across all brands and territories.

Promotions:
~ Create and maintain clear, detailed SOPs for website operations, particularly for the product upload process, to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.

Project Management:
Working with the wider business to support website-related projects from conception through execution, including redesigns, new feature implementation, and third-party integrations.
Liaise with stakeholders across departments, including design, marketing, product, and customer service teams, to align website operations with business objectives.

1+ years of website administration/management experience, ideally Magento 2, preferably in a personalised retail eCommerce environment.
~ Strong ability within Excel using v-lookups and building CSV import sheets.
~ An understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices.
~ Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
