My client a well established manufacturing and distribution company based in Padiham across two sites is now looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Finance team on a temp-perm basis. This exciting opportunity is a varied role and would suit someone looking to start a career in finance. The working hours are days 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. Due to the role being based over two sites the ideal candidate must be able to drive and have their own transport. The successful candidate must have strong English and Maths skills. General duties and requirements:

  • The candidate must be familiar with using computers, including Outlook email / MS Excel and Word experience.
  • Willing to work towards a finance qualification such as AAT.
  • Confident in managing own workloads and have strong organisational skills.
  • Have at least some administration experience and a good understanding of data inputting.
Skills and attributes:
  • Maths and English at A Level
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Drivers licence and own transport
  • Ability to work under pressure
This is an administration role in which you will ensure that all requests are carried out and processed accurately and in a timely manner. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY – Full training will be provided. It’s much more important to us that you’re reliable, positive, have ambition and are committed to progressing within a Finance department.
